    杰克：頤和園能保存得這么完好，真令人驚嘆。

    1. the summer palace頤和園

    頤和園是中國現(xiàn)存規(guī)模最大、保存最完整的皇家園林，中國四大名園（另三座為承德避暑山莊、蘇州拙政園、蘇州留園）之一。坐落于于北京市海淀區(qū)，距北京城區(qū)15公里，占地約290公頃。是在昆明湖、萬壽山的基礎(chǔ)上建立起來，并參照以杭州西湖的風(fēng)景，汲取江南園林的設(shè)計風(fēng)格而建成的一座大型天然公園，被譽為皇家園林博物館。

    2. the yuquan hill 玉泉山

    玉泉山是北京著名景點之一，位于頤和園西五六里。玉泉山六峰連綴、逶迤南北，山頂是西山東麓的支脈，在“山之陽”。因這里泉水水清而碧，澄潔似玉，故此稱為“玉泉”。明初王英作詩曰：“山下泉流似玉虹，清泠不與眾泉同”來說明玉泉的特點。這座山也因此稱為“玉泉山”。

    3. the wanshou hill 萬壽山

    萬壽山為燕山余脈，前臨昆明湖。建筑群依山而建，舊的建筑在英法聯(lián)軍攻占北京后被燒毀，現(xiàn)有的建筑是后來慈禧命令重新建造的。從山腳的“云輝玉宇”牌樓，經(jīng)過排云門、二宮門、排云殿、德輝殿、佛香閣、最后到達(dá)山頂?shù)闹腔酆＃纬梢粭l中軸線。今之萬壽山，在元朝稱為名甕山。傳說有一位老人在山上掘出一裝滿寶物的石甕而得名。

    1. the yuexiu park 越秀公園

    越秀公園位于廣州市。公園主題為越秀山，西漢時因南越王趙佗曾在山上建“朝漢臺”而得名。山上建有著名古跡鎮(zhèn)海樓，又名五層樓，樓分五層，高28米，登樓遠(yuǎn)眺，可俯瞰整個廣州美景。園內(nèi)還有古之楚庭、佛山牌坊、古城墻、四方炮臺、中山紀(jì)念碑、孫中山讀書治事處碑、伍廷芳墓、明紹武君臣冢、海員亭、五羊石像、五羊傳說雕塑像群、球形水塔、電視塔等。元代以來被稱為羊城八景之一，每天有大量游人前去游玩。南國美景讓人流連忘返。

    “五羊石像”是廣州最著名的景點之一。由130多塊花崗巖雕刻組砌而成，高11米，體積53立方米。石像中五羊各具形態(tài)，大山羊居中，昂首遠(yuǎn)眺，口中銜有谷穗，雄渾有力的羊角伸向半空，顯得深沉、威武。余下四羊環(huán)列四周，或小羊跪乳、或母羊回首、或吃草飲水、或嬉戲打鬧，形態(tài)可愛，栩栩如生。相傳，古時候，五羊仙子降臨廣州，給羊城人民帶來了吉祥與幸福，他們贈稻于平民，然后騰空而去，五羊化為巨石。人們將這個美好的傳說世代相傳下來，并建造石像以供紀(jì)念。
