    may: seriously, no! i ot do anything without puter.

    郵票的分類

    definitive stamp 普通郵票（普通郵票既是最古老又是最為常見的郵票種類。購買普通郵票是交納郵費的一種方式。普通郵票面值齊全，發(fā)行量大，票幅較小，圖案比較固定。往往多次印刷。）

    orative stamp 紀(jì)念郵票（紀(jì)念郵票是為某一事件或場合特別發(fā)行的郵票。紀(jì)念郵票主要面向的是收藏者，通常票幅比較大，設(shè)計印刷精致，圖案豐富，不允許重印，有特定的發(fā)售期限。）

    special stamp 特種郵票（為宣傳特定事物而發(fā)行的郵票，基本上只要不是普通郵票和紀(jì)念郵票的郵票都屬于此類，范圍比紀(jì)念郵票更加廣泛。）

    welfare stamp 福利郵票（又稱附捐郵票，是為福利、健康、賑災(zāi)、慈善等事業(yè)而發(fā)行的郵票。其面值分為兩部分，一是郵資本身，二是附捐金額。世界最早的附捐郵票是1897年澳大利亞新南威爾士州發(fā)行的1便士郵票，其售價比郵票面值高12倍，多余的金額即用于捐贈。）
